All of my recipes are legal for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. However, not all recipes will be appropriate for some beginners and those still experiencing GI issues. Healing your gut takes times, meaning years, not weeks. For a couple of years I wasn’t able to tolerate dates, but now they are not a problem.
So be patient with yourself. Keep a food journal if you are experiencing symptoms. Sometimes a sensitive food can take a couple of days to give you trouble, by then you have no way of knowing what food it was. As your microbiome improves and your gut heals, hopefully you can tolerate more foods without symptoms.
